Vision deteriorates with aging. It is important to have regular eye check ups and try to follow an eye care routine so as to avoid any eye related problems. Make sure that you wear sunglasses when you are exposed to direct sunlight, as exposure to sunlight can increase the risk for cataract.
Protect Your Joints
As you age you’ll notice pain in your joints, it is important to try strength training your muscles to protect them. If you have arthritis you can try doing milder forms like walking and cycling.
Stay Physically & Mentally Active
You do not require a rigorous physical routine but some form of physical workout is very essential. It is also important to keep learning new things as you age, it will help to keep your brain healthy. Try learning an instrument, a language or a new skill. Learning new things will also make you happy and keep you excited.
