To delete your account please submit the following request form:
Upon receipt of your request, our support team will reach out to you to validate the authenticity of your request and follow the necessary steps for the deletion of your account and data. For any queries or concerns on the matter you can even reach out to our team at [email protected]
Deleting account will delete user’s profile with all the existing medical data and associated information including tools data(Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Activities, etc.) and other data like family medical history and lifestyle data.
Alternatively, users can also delete the account from Home >> Dashboard >> My Account. Click on dots near profile pic and it will open the popup with Delete Profile option. Clicking on it, user can delete the account.
