Doing any form of physical activity counts as exercise. You can be playing outdoor sports, swimming, going to the gym, doing yoga, cycling, running, hiking etc. But it is essential to keep yourself physically active, it doesn’t have to be intense to be beneficial.

Eat Healthy

As much as possible eat healthy. Eating healthier will reduce the chances of developing some chronic diseases like obesity, Blood pressure & diabetes later in life.

Limit alcohol & Do Not smoke

Your alcohol intake at this age will form your habits and impact your long term health so watch your consumption as it also increases the risk of accidental injury. Smoking is absolutely unhealthy so no matter what the situation do not indulge in it.
