Welcome to the 30’s, where it seems like age is starting to catch up with added responsibility of a family & career. Your body starts to slow down in your late 30’s and so it’s very important to focus more on your health. Here are a few things you can follow for healthy living.

Maintain a Healthy Weight

With advancement of age, the metabolism slows down and we tend to gain weight. Also, it would be easier to lose weight when you are in your 30’s than in your 40’s. Try to maintain your weight in a healthy range so as to increase your longevity.

Incorporate Some Physical Activity

In your 30’s you’ll be busy balancing your job and your personal life. But it is important that you take some time out to exercise or do some physical activity that will help you to stay healthy. Research also suggests that a person who works out regularly will be able to sleep better and be more energized and productive at work rather than the person who does not perform any physical activity.

Follow a Sleeping Schedule

Sleeping is easy, but following a proper sleep schedule is very important in order to live a healthy life. Have a bedtime routine like avoid using mobile phones before you sleep and avoid eating just before your bedtime. Sleep for at least 7 hours and make sure that you sleep at the same time daily.

Eat a Well Balanced Diet

It is important to eat a well balanced diet, as it will help you to stay energized throughout the day and will provide you with necessary nutrients that will help you to stay strong and healthy. Include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
