Sleeping the easiest thing to do! In the 20s we need at least 7 hours of good peaceful sleep every night for good physical & mental health. And a good sleep routine is even better.
2. Exercise
It is essential to keep yourself physically active, it doesn’t have to be intense to be beneficial.Doing any form of physical activity counts as exercise. Such as:-Outdoor sports, -Swimming, -Going to the gym, -Cycling, -Running.
3. Eat Healthy
Eat healthy as much as possible.Eating healthier will reduce the chances of developing some chronic diseases like obesity, Blood pressure & diabetes later in life.
4. Limit alcohol & Do Not smoke
Alcohol intake in your 20's will form your habits and impact your long term health.Smoking is absolutely unhealthy so no matter what the situation do not indulge in it.
5. Build Meaningful Relationships
Have a strong bond with family and friends. The friends you make in this age will mostly be your lifelong friends. So take time building these relationships.
