Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We appreciate your interest in health-e. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience. This Subscription Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and procedures regarding cancellation of subscriptions purchased through the health-e app.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation can be initiated directly from within the app or by following the instructions in your account settings.

3. Access After Cancellation

  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain premium access and features until that date.
  • After the billing cycle concludes, your account will revert to the free/basic version.

4. Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not result in a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.

  • Through Your Account (if applicable):
  • Navigate to the “My Account” section in the health-e App
  • Go to “Subscription Details”
  • Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
